Returns and refunds
- Items sold are not refundable. If there may be cases where customer received wrong/missing items or damaged items during shipping, please contact us and we will work out a solution with you. 

- However, payment can be refunded if there is valid reasons like duplicate order. In such situation, please kindly email us at [email protected] for revert payment.

Delivery

All orders placed before 9am will be shipped on the same business day excluding public holidays and weekends, the rest will be shipped on the next business day. Delivery fee will be calculated during checkout. Parcels estimate receive 2-10 working days which depends on courier process.
